We picked up a washer and dryer from a family connection. Dryer broke within 10 days. Owner claimed it was only under warranty if it broke within the first one or two days (his words) and told us to call the manufacturer. He then said the store was closed when I pressed him on the issue. After 10 minutes of discussion, he agreed to accept a return if it was within 14 days and he would charge a 20% restocking fee. Bottom line is this is a company that wont stand by their products (he answered the phone and then claimed to be closed), and will do what they can to maximize their profit at your expense. Avoid this place and stick with trusted and proven heritage sources.
