Be aware of cancelation policy as I didn't see it and was charged a full night's stay when I canceled the same day as my booking and two weeks before I was to visit.

Very disappointed as we were charged full rate no 10% offered for a 4 nite stay.we were never offered breakfast at any point and later found out that breakfast was $12.00. The bedding was never changed the towles were changed during the 3rd day. Parking is limited and require city pass after 8 and before 9. Good location. The lighting in the room is less than adequate.  The toilet and shower are in the closet of the room. If you are just looking for a room a hotel for $150.00 would be far superior. This is grossly overpriced for just a bedroom with the facilities in in closet. Sorry owners your comments do nor correlate with my stay

Chose this spot because of location and I paid for my stay upon arrival but never saw my host again. Unfortunately this B & B is run-down and owners are wishing to sell. Place is very out-dated. I was offered a bedroom but no breakfast. Charge was reasonable & bed was comfortable. A local phone was advertised but not provided. I noticed this too late. Stayed 4 nights, first 2 days bed was remade & clean towels provided...after that ...nothing. Shower tap faulty, sink drain rusty. Decor very "tacky", blinds held together with clothespins etc. Very strange. Do not waste your time...Kelowna has many other options.
