Recently, BZ did an extensive job for me in my home. Their work was excellent. The crew was neat, clean, dependable, hard working. They did a super job, kept me informed about their progress; and I am very pleased with the caliber of their work. I really recommend these guys.

When you have trouble with your oil service boiler and there is nothing to do to fix it in the cold snap of winter with no heat for over a week it is very scary to find someone to help without taking advantage of the situation. Bryan from BZ Dependable and his team were punctual from the time of the estimate to the installation. Every point he went over was addressed and taken cared of. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the way they kept communication through their smart phone app and emails instantly letting you know when they were arriving and when the service call was completed they would immediately send all service details and pricing. I am very happy and warm with my new boiler and the service we received.

They could not clear my drain as a second opinion but I called DPW and they did it for free because it was a town problem. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Plumbers from BZ dependable know a lot of systems and do very solid work. They are able to find solutions to make old fixtures function in old houses. They come fast, communicate clearly, keep place very clean.

I have baseboard radiator in my Kitchen that is not matching with other radiators with hot water system. I asked 3 plumbers to remove that and install matching radiator with the system. 3 others plumbers refused to do. Bryan came to estimate and did in few days when new matching radiator received. I install automatic water feeder with him. I did not know my pipes are clogged and he found out the problem and fixed. He has reasonable price and really professional than other plumbers. I recommend him for your plumbing needs.
