Most everything is always in stock except power tool accessories. Service is great. Everyone is nice. Kinda spendy but mostly worth it.

Always have to hunt for help in this store, but once help is located they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The Blackfoot CAL is still a ranch store and has good customer service, whereas the Idaho Falls store is more into apparel and the customer service sucks.

Blackfoot store not impressed two many new workers that do not know what's going on. Not much help I know the store better then they do.  And what's with the 2 identification requirements for checks.  When I'm working all I carry is my DL. It's turning into a joke.  If it continues I'll take all my business elsewhere PRB is getting into more stuff local and customer friendly. Hope it changes like it was when the Murphy brothers owned it.
