I have been going to C & C for a while now and while I have never had a problem and even referred other friends and family to their establishment I will not longer be a customer there. The reason for this is due to the last experience I have had with them. I went into C & C on Hyde Park Avenue because I was concerned about an issue with my vehicle. They informed me that everything was all set. Yet, not long after having them repair it,  the problem came up again. 

As a result of this not only did I have to take my car elsewhere but it will cost me an additional almost $500 to have another mechanic shop do the work that they could not handle themselves.

As a result of this I will not be going back to C & C and I would advise those of you who are considering going there to reconsider and take your car to the dealership where they will charge you an arm and a leg but at least you will drive away knowing that when you drive your vehicle you will not have to be worried about little things like your safety. Please do not take your car to C & C.

Customer service is forefront to the mechanics at this auto shop. We brought our car last week for service. These guys fixed the issue within a very short time and at a very reasonable price.

All the lads here a great very trust worthy I highly recommend any to take your car van etc etc In my opinion Chris is the best in Boston

A hidden gem in Hyde Park. Honest mechanics that always do 5 star work.  Highly recommend for any maintenance and repairs on your car!  Check out their website where you can call or schedule an appointment online. They also have a great email marketing system that keeps you informed of any monthly specials.

It is always rare to find good, dependable, reputable and honest mechanics. Chris the owner here is such a person.  Easy to talk to and will not steer you wrong. Strike up a relationship and this guy is a keeper.
