Carol is wonderful to work with! She was the seller's agent on the home we purchased in Grantham back in 2017. She called to check in with us after moving in and also to ensure we had someone lined up to plow our driveway during the winter. This year we were debating building a home in Grantham and we met up with Carol for advice. Ultimately she helped us realize the value in our property and we have decided to stay in our current home. If you are looking for an honest realtor that truly wants you to be happy in your home, go with Carol!

I wish I could give zero stars. Misrepresented a property that cost almost $1200 a month in UTILITIES. Told us utility costs were “normal” when we asked before moving in, but didn’t provide us with any details beyond that. Any issue we had was then either patched and barely fixed such as a mouse and spider infestation or completely ignored such as the WiFi that didn’t work and exposed wiring outside the house. You’ll be sadly disappointed if you use this company as both my girlfriend and I were. Terrible people.

Theresa is an excellent real-estate agent!  I would definitely recommend you use her if you want to sell or purchase a home!  Thank you Theresa for all you did on the sale of our home!!
