I heard great things about the company, but they aren't professional. I contacted them and someone was supposed to be meeting me to see if they could clean my carpet. I called that day they were supposed to be coming out and left a message and still no one called me back. I felt like they either just didn't want my business or they were super busy, either way I thought that was very unprofessional.

I live out-of-town and have a rental home in Lumberton, each time I've called the cleaning service they have been professional, prompt and do fabulous work!  On a scale of 1-10, I would rate them a 10+++!
