Our home suffered some hail damage and we hired C&K to replace the shingles, skylights, gutters – downspouts, fascia and redo the chimney siding.  
First I have been an electrician for 42 years and we have built 5 houses in our past so I believe I know what a great job looks like and have worked with many contractors over the years.  That said I could not have made a better choice than C&K! Professionalism, quality, knowledgeable and polite employees and the best clean up are things I enjoyed while they worked on our home.  They gave us a great job at an expected price and issued a great warranty!  A++++

We hired C&K to replace our roof, 2 skylights and all new gutters. The project was completed last week. Logan Fergus, who was our sales person, was a joy to work with. He was very helpful in explaining the whole process to us and also helped us with picking out our color selection for both the shingles and gutters. We were very impressed with the crew. They were very polite, hard working and did a fantastic job throughout the whole process. The skylights were installed without a hitch! No leaking! We had several estimates for this project and C&K won! My husband & I will highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a new roof! Thank you C&K!

C&K services is a great company to work with. They were very professional. The work crews were friendly and easy to work with. The office personnel super friendly and easy to work with on my insurance claim,and bank paper work.

The only good thing I can say is the receptionist was very nice. We called for a quote on our roof because of hail damage and had a few other issues we needed repaired. Logan came to review our roof within a few days of our call. That is where the good service ended. He promised us a quote within a few days. A week later I called back. Logan stated he was not sure what happened but he would send me a quote by the next day. A week later still no quote. Another call and I received the same statement. 2 weeks later no word from them. We have since signed with the other company we called. Our project will be complete within a few weeks. Not sure why they didn't want the work. If I could they would get a lower rating than 1 star for being dishonest to us and lying about it.

I had had my roof shingled 13 years ago by one of C&K 's competitor's from the Newburg area. They were supposed to last 25 years, when I called the company that had done that job they were not willing to work with me and basically told me that was my problem to contact the shingle manufacture. So I did and the information and pictures they wanted plus samples there was no way this 68 year old man could go climbing around up on the roof and do what they demanded.So I called the original installers back and see if they could help get what was needed and they refused.
So I told them where to go and contacted C&K. The salesperson from C&K understood my needs, was professional. The crew that did the installation worked a 12 hour day, acted courteous, protected my property, cleaned up and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend C&K to anyone without hesitation, they more than met my expectations, definitely a 5 star company!
