We requested quote for complete attic/roof blown insulation. Very pleasant to deal with.  Explained benefits of doing this and the process of install.  We purchased entire roof/attic insulation.  Unfortunately, this was 2 years ago and we have not noticed any change in warmth or coolness in our home.  Our energy bills have not reduced either.  Feel as tho we wasted $4,000.

We purchased a new front door from there about 4 years ago and are very happy with it. Beautiful door and has held up well. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. This is no comparison to the $500 dollar door you can get from the big box stores. This door is solid and heavy! Made very well. So spend the money and get something of quality. The installation was flawless too!

My Husband and I had our windows installed this past July.  Their window crew was respectful, on-time and are truly great installers. We couldn't be more happy with the end result!  The windows are great, and we have already noticed a difference in our utility bills.

I am a long term customer of C L Ward.  Always find the workmanship to be excellent.  When I want quality, I will usually skip competitive quotes as I find the prices to be reasonable if you expect quality.  Minor issues (which are very rare) have been due to sales-related human interaction.  Fortunately, I have found the customer service to be fair.

My husband Larry spoke to Matt Caverly yesterday about parts for a storm door purchased at C&L Ward 9 years ago.  He didn't expect to get very much help since the door is older, but Matt was very kind and helpful, taking the time to look over photos my husband sent to him, and giving him information on how to go about getting parts.  The help was much appreciated!
