Just rented a house through CMA. We are VERY happy with the service we received. I have rented from many places over the years. This is the first one that I've written a review for. I highly recommend these guys.

Absolutely terrible! I would give a -10 if I could. I have never reported any company to BBB in my life, and this "company" was my first. They will nickel and dime you for all of your security deposit, despite providing overwhelming proof, and not take care of anything you ask. Go to BBB website for details on my experience.

I went in to turn in an application on Friday and the older lady at the desk was very disrespectful. She continually talked to the lady next to her at the desk while I was speaking, got up and walked away during the middle of my sentence, and was rude and snappy when asked any questions about the application process. If it's this bad turning in an application, I can't imagine renting from here. Horrible experience.

Just signed my 4th lease with CMA. Couldn't be happier. My previous rental with them was being sold and they helped me get into a new rental. In a market where rent is high and rentals homes are in high demand this is not easy. Lonnie the manager is very kind and helpful. Jim the realtor is so kind and they both have gone way above and beyond, working with me to make my move go smoothly. Maintenancy is fast and effecient. Friendly front office staff. I highly recommend CMA wether looking to rent or purchase a home.
