Corey and his amazing team of attorneys were very professional and helpful in resolving immigration related issue and questions and helped me obtain my H-1B visa in a short period of time with very quick approval rate. I have been referring my friends and relatives to his firm.

My L1A case was really complicated, my previous lawyer placed my case in wrong way after that I have given my complicated RFE to C T Lee and Associates. They really made my life relax. They are really dynamic and specific in communication. I am really lucky to found this law firm. And I am planning to put my next year L1A extension through them with my green card processing. Even I am planning to buy a house through them. I strongly recommend to all please check with this firm first before going to talk with other law firm.

I had a very positive experience with C.T. Lee & Associates with a very sensitive immigration case matter that caused me alot of heart ache.  The case had a very low chance of approval (13% nationwide) but this law firm was able to eventually help me get my greencard.  I am forever grateful to them for changing my life.  They were caring and supportive through the entire process.  Michelle especially helped me through a tough time and kept me on track so I could obtain the documents I needed to support my petition. I have to say the fee they charged is reasonable and the service they provided is over the price!  I have already referred friends to them and I will continue to do so.  I also plan on hiring them if I ever buy a home or start my own company!  They are now my go-to lawyers!

Mr. Lee’s service was absolutely fantastic! He and his associate helped me get my H1-B in less than 50 days after my first phone call to his firm. My employer wanted me to start the new position in Jan 2017 after giving me the offer in Oct 2016, which meant I needed to get an H1b ASAP. However, my non-profit employer did not have experiences with H1b visa and they asked me to find legal assistance to get myself an H1b VISA. After reading quite a few positive reviews, I contacted Mr. Lee on Oct 17th. Since then, in less than 50 days, we went from initial consultation, signing a contract to retain Mr. Lee’s service, preparation of petition materials, submission to USCIS, and finally receiving approval notice on Dec 5th. Through the process, one of Mr. Lee’s associates, Aurora provided timely and professional service every single time, quite a few of which happened after the office hours. Aurora and Mr. Lee offered very detailed and straightforward guidelines for the preparation of application materials for my company and me, and these efforts greatly shortened the preparation time. In addition, I had other ongoing immigration processes and sensitive job transition scenario, and Mr. Lee called me several times to create the best strategies to deal with my previous employer and to coordinate with my other immigration processes. All of his advice was quite useful.

Overall, Mr. Lee and his associates were very professional and knowledgeable with H1b application, especially for those with concurrent immigration processes. I highly recommend their service to those whose employers don’t have much H1b application experiences, and to those who need to get cap-exempt H1b ASAP. I would definitely use their service again for my future work visa or immigration related legal assistance.
