I paid $350 to have my taxes done by Carol. Just a simple file with healthcare. Paid the money return was accepted by the IRS on 2/12 thought all was good. It is now June no refund. I IRS  first put us on a 10 week old, next to 30 day, plus a 6 week. Just to tell us that Carol and her team did not file our healthcare form correctly. Not only do we think we were going to be getting more money. But we've literally had to jump through hoops to try and get our refund. Still nothing however I did send Carol and them the missing line that the IRS wanted on our healthcare form they did fill that out. But it literally was all these Weeks later. Do not use her for your simple tax return. Overpriced for the quality I got. There was not even a sorry involved. So you know we'll never see our money. I would not recommend her.

I sent my information to Carol Barsness in January 2023 and received all of my tax information back it is now June, saying they can't do anyone else's taxes due to an alleged increase in client base that is allegedly too much for them to handle my taxes.  I have been going here for my taxes since 2015, and this is the unprofessionalism this organization provides.  Find a new accountant!

These guys are amazing!!! Not only are they friendly but they are very good at what they do! They fixed previous returns and are always soooo easy to work with!! Thank you guys!!!
