I want to thank everyone who I had dealings with from the instant we walked into the building. I want to especially thank the woman who answers the phone as well as multi tasks her self with such grace and pleasantness to the intake woman who took my information making sure she was not making mistakes as well as treating me like a person not a number. The place has been packed with people who are in need of help with a large array of the services offered. I am grateful for the opportunity to be in the company of such helpful, kind women who understands the need for help. I have a suspicion some of them may have been in the shoes of the very people who they are helping. Thank you again ladies for making me feel okay with needing help. I did not feel even once like I was looked down upon. Keep up the great work.

The best place to get help for shut off notices for PECO, AQUA, rent help, etc.

Go at 8am or as early as possible!

Thus place is very helpful. There are so many different programs. If you need assistance this is the best place to go.

Waited for three hours and some of the people were rude.  Was told I have to find a place first in order to get financial help.  Told them I'll be homeless for about thirty days and it was like OK andddd???  Lol n smh just a job to them..

They have programs that helps you with housing, utility bills, and other things that you might need. The people that work here are very nice and informative.
