Very bad experience with agent Fritzroy Williams. My husband and I felt like we were scammed for our application fee. After viewing the property we were told we could do an application. We turned everything in the next day which was Wednesday 7/12/2017.  On morning Friday 7/14/2017 we were told we were denied for eviction. I called the magistrate court and the 3rd party source they use to run our credit no eviction found on either of us. So after speaking with Mr Williams and telling him the information We found out. He told us he will call us back later that day after he verified the information. I requested our credit information from him. After reviewing, no evictions on either of us. Once we told him, he than stop answering our phone calls. Monday morning he told us they were closed the weekend but he still couldnt verify any information. We called our loan officer because we are trying to buy a house in the next year. The only reason for going into a rental property is due to just recently finding out we were pregnant and it's been rough. Trying to make sure we can carry this baby full term so less stress as possible. So that meant putting off buying a house for awhile. Our loan officer verified no evictions and called Cabana Monday morning they told her the house is already under contract. Meaning several application done at once. Pretty much weeding out the weaker applicants  very bad business because only one applications is suppose to be process at once as Mr. Williams told us according to their policy. He took our $100 application fee. Apply with precaution.
