It's a great place to do business overall! Yes they get busy sometimes and people who are waiting for assistance often get impatient! But the staff is excellent! And can answer any questions or concerns about the process. So who ever has a bad experience has only theirs elf to blame.have a wonderful weekend.

Excellent place to take your road test or anything you need. Staff is very patient with answering questions. The driving instructors are friendly and very helpful. Best place ever the wait is not horribly long just go early.

I waited patiently and quietly to receive service. After a nearly 2 hour wait I finally got to the back to get a duplicate of my license where I was greeted by the rudest old white women ive ever met in my life. Not sure of her name but she needs classes on customer service!

This place is dreadful. There is probably only one nice employee in the entire place and the rest of them are in major need of some customer service classes/training. In my personal experience observing this place on numerous occasions throughout the years, some of the DMV employees at this particular location (S. Main Street/Kannapolis Hwy, Concord NC) are irritable and lack patience. I actually feel sorry for them because they must really hate their jobs :\ It's sad.

Pretty nice place, tested with a very friendly employee for my limited provisional license, but the wait sure is long, could be better, but most of all, this is a good and easy place to test for your license! Here is a tip: If you have confidence and feel very motivated that you will pass when you take your test, it will help you pass the test in order to get your permit or your license. Hope this helps!
