Story

The Cabarrus County Sheriff's Office is the governing law enforcement body of Cabarrus County. There are patrol, investigative, and special operations officials who are used to help bring criminals to justice, and to provide safety to Cabarrus county. The Cabarrus County Sheriff's Office also maintains the only detention center in Cabarrus County. Cabarrus County is a county located in the south-central part of the U.S. state of North Carolina. As of 2013, the population estimate was 187,226.

My son and daughter in law had a flat tire at a convenience store and had asked several people if they could borrow a jack because our roadside assistance was going to be over 90 minutes in this brutal heat. One of your K-9 officers loaned him a jack and got him back on the road quickly. You always hear about the"protect" part but I would love to thank this officer (and his very patient furry partner) for his service!

Well i went to jail a time or two but they treat you the way they want to be treated. Its a lot cleaner they the old jail. All and All its cool to me .In jail i can clear my head because i dont mess with people and they dont mess with me . I think everybody that works there is really nice . KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. THE STYERS FAMILY .

On April 19, 2016 I called your dispatcher asking for assistance with a delicate matter involving my daughter. Sheriffs R. Harkey and M. Pethel soon arrived and handled the matter with patience and understanding. The professionalism shown by these two fine gentlemen is worthy of my public praise and appreciation.

I have the distinct pleasure of having a few of Our Deputies as members at my gym, SPARTAN TBT GYM. These gentlemen are consumate professionals. I am proud to have them them as part of Our County's first line of defense, and even more proud to have them as part of my Gym Family. Cabarrus County is a great place, made even greater by the caliber and quality of Our Sheriff's Department.
