We purchased a vanity from Cabinets to go. It had a marble top and it seemed to be a great buy until we took the cabinet out of the box. 1 of the legs immediately fell off, which we wood glued back on. We didn't have time to get a new cabinet we were refinancing and needed the cabinet in yesterday (by the way it takes a really long time for you to get a cabinet from them) well then there was a chip on the top of the marble and I never even looked at the back splash until after the plumber installed it and it was a completely different grain then the marble top. It was so bad we had to have the tile guy come out again and tile a back splash. Sadly the bask splash came with the cabinet and it was a whole different cut of marble. I will never do business with them again. I posted the picture it might not seem big to you but when you are spending that much on a cabinet you pretty much expect the marble to match. So beware when you entertain the thought of going with Cabinets to Go. I also agree with the comments about when you walk in they really don't care that you are there and are not interested in talking to you unless you talk to them and they always seem put out. Not the best customer service!!

We were a little hesitant with all the bad reviews but ultimately decided to give them a try because of price and the style of cabinets they had available. I know many people said the customer service is horrible; however, we had the complete opposite experience with Todd. He went out of his way to show us scenarios and pricing for our cabinets. We weren’t sure if wanted bigger cabinets in one spot or put a shelf in the spot. He put a shelf in that spot for us to see and in our island he included a raised countertop so we could visually see the completed product. He also ran a couple cost scenarios for us by adding or removing certain products. At the very end he wasn’t pushy for us to purchase them right away and he told us about the restocking fee because he didn’t want us to have buyer’s remorse and have to go through that. He also explained the process if any of the cabinets came damaged or if we wanted to return one later. Finally, he gave us some contact information for some local business to buy countertops and simple things like the pull out spice system. Our cabinets are still 3 weeks away but we are in no rush so if they come late we will still be very satisfied with them.

I have used cabinets to go many times. I started ordering from Colorado because it was the closest to my home. I haven't ordered from the new salt lake store yet since they are now local. Hopefully for this next purchase they areas good as Colorado

Zero. Order was going on a month late. They thought it would be best to keep me in the dark and ignore my emails and requests for call backs. They always had the same lame excuse, "they are on the manifest". I heard that for 3 weeks. Spoke with Norm, expressed my frustration towards my order. Norm, without hesitation, expressed his anger with me, explaining I was making him mad for trying to figure out where my order was. He kept reiterating that the cabinets were not late because there was no promise when I ordered them...but in the same sentence would explain how they were past due and they have no communication with their warehouse. Norm and Kesha were both very short and condescending when on the phone. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I demanded my order be cancelled and my money returned after such a long wait with no end in sight, and they were more than happy to not have to deal with me again. Please go anywhere else. My cabinets from Ikea are wonderful and they are awesome to work with. I would hate to deal with these guys again if you had an issue with your cabinets.

We purchased kitchen cabinets for a new space. We also used an installer that was on their referral list. A few months later the cabinet fell off the wall. We lost the majority of our dishes and glass ware. It appeared that the cabinet was not secured enough into the studs. We were very upset, our contractor called the store, and they came to see what happened. It was decided that the problem was the screws that came with the cabinet. When they came to install a new cabinet , the cabinet arrived with the same screws as before. Luckily the installer chose to use better screws, and secure more into the studs. When we asked about our dishes, we were told it was our fault for putting to many dishes in the 36 inch cabinet. We will never purchase from them again. They clearly do not understand customer satisfaction or the importance of integrity.
