I will have to be honest on this one, I hate giving bad reviews for small businesses but I have to for this one. I ordered 3 simple slices 1. Plain 2. Mushroom 3. Veggi. The first and last time I will be ordering. Service is extremely slow, staff is extremely rude and the inside is poorly ventilated & not clean. During the winter its either 90* or freezing, same for the summer time except it’s always 90*. Wish I could say I would come back but I wont.

I ordered zucchini fries, and 2 beef Pattie’s. Zucchini fries was mostly breaded and very little zucchini. The beef Pattie’s were stale soft and with very little meat. I never had a beef Pattie like that it was nasty. When I called to complain the girl that’s usually there didn’t even care what I had to say. She had no manners. horrible customer service. I will never go there again. I definitely don’t recommend cacciatore pizzeria in Nanuet ny to anyone.

I did a catered lunch for my staff and the food was a hit. Penne vodka and the chicken Francese were amazing. Rose was great and patient while taking my order. I would definitely use them again.

We are from Jersey & i was having a graduation party in New City. I placed a big catering order around the end of June & had it delivered on July 3rd. The person I talked to on the phone was so nice & very helpful.  The people that delivered was on time & didnt forget a thing. The food was delicious.  The only thing I would say is,  listen to the owner when he tells you to only order one full tray of everything. I did a tray & a half & had so much food left over..LOL.. I will definitely order from here again for my next parry.

I try my best to support local eateries/restaurants when I'm home. But Cacciatori Pizza doesn't warrant any kind of support. I can tolerate restaurants that delivers amazing food but have bad service, but when its BOTH...it's unacceptable.  Also, I get this feeling there's racial bias when it comes to their black & brown customers. It's just a... feeling. What a shame.  Anyhow, give this restaurant a chance, it's up to you. The owner is actually really nice and he tries his best to deal with all the complaints. Its not an easy job, but if you want to make money, then start listening to your customers and aim to treat everyone with respect!

Hey everyone. I am going to leave an honest review. Ultimately, I am going to highly recommend ordering from Francos Pizza instead of this place or somewhere else!  I have been ordering from this place since the pandemic. At first, I loved getting their salads! However, their portion size has went down by A LOT, and yet, the prices are still the same. Recently, I ordered a LARGE caprese salad, and it arrived with 3 pieces of cheese on top! Just 3.  I am not sure if the delivery person picked at my food, or if they are ripping off customers. I have made several complaints, and nothing has changed. The owner does not care about the customers.  Please don't order here!!!

Highly recommended for delicious food and great customer service. However, I have ordered food from them, a couple times for delivery and their delivery time is just too slow when your hungry. It takes over a hour to get food and I was ordering side orders and appetizers. One order took two hours to finally get my food and they only explained after, I called three times that they ran out of the ingredients for one of the items, so they need to approve on the food delivery and customer contact for delivery delays. They do offer large food portions, which is a major plus for when your food finally arrives, it is very delicious, warm, and filling but you might have to keep calling, to find why your food is delayed, when it passes over a hour which I had to do a couple of times. It's a place that I think is worth the wait, but it is a hassle when your very hungry and you just want you food now.

Recently found this place by accident. Love their pizza specially the salad pizza. Loaded with toppings unlike lot of the other wellknown places who just have a sprinkling of toppings hardly any. Highly recommend
