This is a good car wash. If you live in Cache Valley and park outside, the monthly subscription is probably a good thing. They have free vacuums and after you get out of the wash, they make sure your windows are dry. The air dryer does a good job within the wash though. They also spray and soap down some of your car before you go through the automated wash. Make sure your car is in neutral when you go in. Only few gripes i have are the wash misses some of the mirror (probably because they are folded) and that communication with the staff is minimal. Took me a few times of going through to understand how the whole process works. However, overall, the staff (although young) do a good job making sure your car is clean and they are efficient. Highly recommend. Keep up the good work. This review is for a mid sized sedan.

The 1400 North employees were so kind and helpful. My seats were cleaned and look excellent and I left happy. They got out the stains and even vacuumed and washed the windows, even though I only paid for seat cleaning. The service was quick. The lobby was nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to this car wash for over a year. They used to do an incredible job at drying off my car, but they don’t anymore. It feels like a halfass towel dry every time I go through. I went in with bird poop on my windows, and came out with it still on my windows. The guy drying my car wiped right over them, smearing the bird poop and leaving me with an even bigger mess.

I had a Cache Valley Direct card and got the unlimited washes for $5 for the month of September. We've come twice a week for the last three weeks and every time we are amazing on how clean and fresh smelling our car is. I've gone to Green Gorilla a few times and this car wash dries my car off better, it doesn't take your car fast through the wash like Green Gorilla does, and there's an attendant that wipes down your windows and mirrors at the end of each wash. Highly Recommend this wash. The wife and I are going to subscribe to their $30 a month wash during the winter time to make sure the salt stays off our car.

A shop with no responsibility

On October 4, after receiving full interior ($ 144.95) service, an airbag warning light came on the dashboard.
I visited the shop the day I first saw the warning light and said that a warning light was emitted after the car wash.
They said that tomorrow we will contact people who know about this matter well. But the next day they did not contact me, and I went and asked myself how. 

The reason for the airbag warning light is that 1.the real airbag has failed, 
2.the car computer error, 
3.the cable under the passenger seat have been disconnected for some reason.

 They told me that it's up to me to wait a few days or go to the maintenance shop to check it out because the cables are so wet. In the meantime, the passenger seat airbag was inoperable even in case of an accident. The next day I went to the repair shop, repaired the cable, showed them the diagnosis paper and asked them to pay. 

The cause of the breakdown can be seen from the attached photo ..... 

@ But they have begun to make various excuses - why did not you wait for few days, why you went and repaired with your money, and so on. They insisted that they only pay directly to the repair shop on their system. I attached the receipt, but they said that they could not pay. So I refunded my money to the repair shop and asked them to pay for the repairs, so they changed their attitude once again that they can only give half of the repair money.

1. Does it take more than 48 hours to dry the cable's water?
2. Cache Car Wash Expressd no responsibility despite their clear responsibility on paper. 
3. They did not explain the exact payment method to me
 
There was a problem with their fault. If they are responsible, is not it a common sense to apologize and pay for the repair?

After all, I had to calculate their mistake of $ 34.70. They avoid and avoid liability despite clear evidence.
