I used this cleaners for years when it was Dixie Cleaners.  The first time I dropped off laundry after Cachet took over, they wouldn't tell me how much my total would be.  I was told they'd tell me when I picked it up.  This was very strange but I chalked it up to them being new and they'd get it worked out.  Nope.  That's apparently the process as it happened the next 2 times.  The staff was rude and my laundry was not ready when promised.  Took my business elsewhere (Friendswood 1.19 Cleaners) and have been very happy with them.  Given the way Cachet does business, I doubt they'll last long.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Do not trust this place with your clothes! And good luck getting the same price for the same items twice. Only leaving 1 star because leaving non wasn't an option.

Horrible! Won't go there again they don't have regular prices. The new management is unprofessional and forget about having anything sewn or pressed correctly.
