Small town helpful service

I have been to the Coffee&Cafe  Supply 3-4 times every  visit was great each  time I found some new things to use for my Snow Cone-Snack Stand at 2601 Midway St. The owner took my order the 1st  3 times he is nice and friendly.He wasn't try'na make me buy stuff not needed like some owners do .They sell cups,spoons,forks,dishes,to-go boxes,plates,bowls ,commercial kitchen supply you name it they got it in big or little packages  !! I also met the young lady that works there very very sweet and helpful she wrote all the prices of other things I will need later down ,.When I POINTED out (ever thing is out of package for easy viewing)  all the things I would be getting down  by the time I was done Shopping  :o) most of all my stuff was already bagged ,so no long wait !! GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS I WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP HERE !!

I had one encounter with this company in which I bought a case of filter paper.  He did not have any in stock so he ordered them from Frymaster.  When they came in and I picked them up they didn't look like the right size or thickness but I was assured all I had to do was "cut them to fit" because Frymaster cut back on the types of filter paper they produced.  So I tried the suggested method and it proved unsuccessful.  When I called back to return the paper and order a different type, Charlie-who claims to be the owner/manager- said that because Frymaster wouldn't take the product back niether would he.  I tried to explain to him that I didn't do business with frymaster but with him.  After a few minutes on the phone it was perfectly clear that this person had no sort of customer service and didn't want my business in the future.  To all small businesses trying to find a good partner for your company I storngly suggest steering away from Caddo Coffee & Cafe Supply Co.  They will no longer be doing business of any sort with my company.
