This company is the  one that has stood the test of time. They've been in the area for over 20 years and are Dependable friendly and make their passengers number one priority. They make work runs the most important thing then doctor's appointments and then miscellaneous runs. I've been in Cadillac a long time and this is the company that I always can depend on to be there without fail. Other companies would go down and not even let you know or call you and then you're stuck waiting for them thinking they're going to pick you up and they never show up. So if you're looking for a Dependable friendly and Safe Ride choose Cadillac Taxi. I wouldn't use any other Cab Company even if they were still in town.

This person driving 100% drove like an absolute IDIOT. I fully understand a cab driver needs to hustle to get people to their destination so they can get more tips and get more people. However I think excessive speeds in a parking lot are unacceptable. Safety should be first. My mother's car was almost hit today by the driver going probably 35-40 down the wrong lane at Walmart when I called the number to complain I got said driver. I asked to speak to the manager or owner she said no. I told her that her driving was unacceptable. She had nothing but an attitude with me on the phone. I have a young child, he knows enough to walk by me, but kids are kids sometimes and if she would have hit him so help me God. If she would have hit my mom's car which was a close call and injured him or my family due to her ridiculous driving.... you should probably fire the driver that was driving today before you end up getting sued

Best taxi service in Cadillac by far. At least they are not down as much as the other one was before they went out of business. Wouldnt use anyone else for sure.

On 3 different occasions I have had to take this cab, the first experience I had already made up my mind, the second and third were last resorts, on every single one of these occasions they gave me a time frame they'd arrive after I had asked for it, the time comes and I wait like 10 minutes call them back and ask how much longer they will be, and they tell me 20-30 mins one time, 20 another, and 40 another then I call them back again after they still haven't shown and get told another 20+ mins the 2nd and 3rd time and they were still late, also they have told me oh were going here and here then we will be on our way to you and then changed it multiple times, like they're making me wait around while they go get other people cause 1 they wanted my service and lied to me or 2 they're booking people in an un-organized way or they just don't care and do things how they want and waste people's times which is very unprofessional either way you look at it and one thing that really got me was one time they had 3 other people in the cab when they picked me up and traded them out and then dropped me off after I asked them for a cab for myself and they told me "no worries" and the reason I ask for that is because there is no reason strangers need to know where I live or my where abouts, because you never know who's a creep or sick individual and it's just not appropriate for them to lie and then disrespect a customers wishes and disregard their concerns and safety. I would not recommend this cab to anyome, ever, period, they are a very low functional, unprofessional, unreliable buisness and their service is BS!
