Amazing experience with Cadillac Travel Group and Sheila! She helped plan the perfect honeymoon to Italy, taking us on a 12 day trip through 3 cities and included booking cooking classes, wine tours, private drivers, train tickets, dinner reservations, spa days, historical site tours and more! This would have been very overwhelming to do on our own but she handled it all and included in a nice itinerary for us to reference throughout the trip.

Karen is very professional, detail and very easy to speak to and work with.  I love the fact that she offers packages you can pay on over time. The only thing I wasn’t aware of was the hotel fees, not sure if she was aware, so I’m not blaming her, but putting it out there, so others will be aware of the additional fees.  We stayed at the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach, wasn’t aware that it came with breakfast and a time for snacks in the afternoon was great. That saved on eating out a lot, only had to spend money on dinner.  This hotel is literally by EVERYTHING, you can walk to a lot of place BUT if you take a Uber/taxi beware it is very very very expensive.  Get out and enjoy by walking, don’t drive everywhere because you will miss a lot.

My wife and I been with Laura travel agent over 35 years. Laura is very extremely professional and patience. We never never had bad issues. We only want Laura she spoiled us rotten We love her and Cadillac Travel  . We travels every years. European many European/Spain . We already booked our European trip in 2025.. I was part of a 75+ group on a 1 week trip to Prague.  The team used Cadillac Travel to coordinate hotel rooms, excursions, transportations, etc.  David and Pam were incredible.  They found local guides that made our trip unforgettable.

I've got to say, the way Sheila had our itinerary's laid out and separated between our itinerary and my parents' itinerary, was incredible! It made the trip easy and seamless! Thank you!  The trip was incredible! First of all, the comfort class, once again, was totally worth the upgrade. Desiree and I LOVE Delta, and my parents even commented that they've never experienced service on a flight quite like that before. They really take good care of you.  Wengen, Switzerland was INCREDIBLE! The view was unlike any we've ever experienced. It definitely was a little slower of a pace that Desiree and I were used to, but 4 days there with my parents was PERFECT.Amazing Hiking and our hotel seemed to be one of the best in Wengen simply due to the amazing balcony and view. My parents, even on the last day, kept staring up at the mountains from the hotel balcony and just saying "Wow", over and over again.  The trains went very well and both us and my parents handled them well. Sheila laid them out perfectly for us in the itinerary, so it was perfect.  Stresa, Italy was by far our most favorite part of the trip. The Northern lake region of Italy was by far our most favorite region of Italy we've ever visited. It was different from Positano in the fact that it was still incredibly beautiful, but not at all touristy. The wine, the atmosphere of all the towns around this mountain region lake was incredible. Almost like little Florence, Italy's  just placed all around the lake, with mountains all around. It was beautiful!  Our hotel in Ghiffa was super nice! At first, we wanted to stay there for 2 nights, and then book a room for another 2 nights in Stresa, but Hotel Ghiffa was for sure the best spot! We could go south to Stresa one day with the rental car, and then North to our favorite town, Cannobio, the next day. We were super stoked about the location of our Hotel, and the service and quality of Hotel Ghiffa was great. The view from our balcony was spectacular!  Florence, Italy was also great, and we were super stoked to be back to the Grand Hotel Baglioni. It's a 3 minute walk from the train station, and by far the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in in Italy.The rooftop bar is known as having the best view of Florence than almost any other hotel in the city.  Rome was great in regards to all the history, but we were definitely glad we only did a day and a half there.  Thanks again for all you did for us to make this trip come together for both me and Desiree and my parents. You are still definitely our "go-to" travel agent for any foreign trip we will betaking in the future!

We had a really horrible experience here with agent Linda  not sure if she is even still there after a trip to Scotland and England in 2019. Long story short we ended up basically stranded with no car on the Isle of Skye  which very much requires a car to get around on while our rental car sat at a train station in another town. Linda agreed to comp us the very expensive cab fare we had to pay for them totally ghosted us.
