Caesar Carpets took care of me better than any carpet shop ever has before!! I didn't even have to pay the installer till the job was completed and I was 100% satisfied with the work! I highly recommend Caesar Carpets, you can't go wrong here. Thank you for the awesome job you did for me.

Communication failure every single moment. Absolutely horrific experience. Thankfully for him, it's always the drives fault, the installers fault, it's the customers fault, because this has never happened before...all I know is that it will never happen again.

I have known Jaycee for 5+ years and he has been great to work with and always comes through in a timely manner when I need him. His team is professional and communicates with me always very well.

We wanted to support a local business but unfortunately we chose the worst business to support. We spent way too much on a "top of the line" carpet and padding that we were told would not stain, few months later the carpet is stained and has a seam that every time I vacuum pulls up more of the carpet. I have called several times to have the installer ( who was very nice at the time of installation) come back and fix the seam, calling didn't work so I have gone into the store numerous times with the promise that the installer would call and schedule a time to come and fix his error, the installer only called back one time out of the approximately six times and even that time he said he would call us back the next day and he never did. One more time we tried and went back in to the store but this time Jaycee apparently doesn't remember who we are and was rude to top it off, once again he took our information with the promise the installer would call and come out and fix the issue and now four plus weeks later - still no call from the installer. This is the worst place to purchase anything- how they have been in business so long is a mystery to me. Save your money and frustration- never ever go there. They dont even deserve one star !!

The worst place to buy anhthing! I don't recommend anyone coming here! We bought a $7,000 carpet and it's the worst carpet and worst installation I've ever seen!
