Perhaps the best coffee & pastry option in Bellevue. I come here often and love it! I just wish they could consistently and accurately fill orders. There is -- more often than not -- a lot of confusion behind the bar. (It's unclear to me if they actually even realize this!)

Busy place! This spot in a Tuesday morning seemed like the happening place to be. From studying the meetings to people just sitting around chatting. The coffee was fine, the location and layout was welcoming.

Staff wasn't that friendly, maybe I caught them at a bad day but man... I originally wanted to use a restroom but they don't have a public restroom so I thought I'd might as well buy a coffee. I feel like every coffee shop should know what an iced white chocolate americano is... but they literally had no idea what I was talking about. Even though the lady that took my order was a bit snooty I still tipped them and when my drink came out the male barista just said "here's your drink. No smile, nothing. And when I grabbed it he said "there's your iced mocha." ICED MOCHA?! It wasn't even white chocolate!! It was like Hershey's chocolate syrup .. I'm just shocked. Didn't even say have a nice day. Not a good way to start the morning.

A year ago Cafe Cesura was possibly the best coffee shop in Bellevue. I think the quality of both the service and drinks has dropped, but more importantly there are some newer places that offer better drinks, although at a higher price.

Unfriendly workers. Didn't know what I was talking about when ordering a pretty simple drink/pretty commonly ordered drink. Gave attitude when I was unsure of how payment works for card here. Ended up making the whole thing wrong while basically shoving the cup in my hands.
