Can't really make espresso drinks that match the management photos. If you are desperate for a caffeine it will suffice but if you want a legit espresso drink head elsewhere.
Great Honey Vanilla Latte and pesto sandwich with salad. Valet parking for hotel and surrounding on site.
Are these reviews real? This place sucks. The food is expensive and tastes old and basic. This place is obviously surviving on tourists that don’t know better, but they quickly learn and not be back. Can’t wait for the next coffee place that will surely be here soon.
False advertising: Café WG publishes being open until 7pm, but it is not. We just got turned down at 6:53pm because they shut down the espresso machine ahead of closing time. A café where you cannot get espresso is not “open”. WG should be honest to customers and update their opening hours, or serve espresso until 7pm. This café is not putting customers first. Downtown life is busy and people time their activities tightly. We had planned ahead to get coffee at this location and found our time wasted because WG’s false advertising. The extra star is because staff behind the counter is nice, but management is responsible for the false advertising.
This place is just plain awesome. Everything is super fresh and I love the little nick-nacks around the store. I got an ice blended caramel coffee and HK eggs waffle with mochi. I always come here for the egg waffles and they always come out perfect!! Parking is a bit iffy, but I usually come on weekend afternoons and it's not too bad.
Terrible customer service. I order a crossiant ham and cheese, ask to heat up my sandwich. My ham and cheese is still cold, brought the sandwich back, they refused to reheat it. Also brought 4 drinks, no drink carrier is offered.
Worst customer service in Los Angeles. Terrible personal.Food: 5/5
visited this lovely hotel and this cafe back in february, and up til this day, ive never had an iced mocha that was as good as theirs. literally the TASTIEST iced mocha and ham and cheese croissant ever. will definitely visit this cafe when i go back to LA again!!!!
