This was so so awesome!! As soon as I walked in I was very kindly greeted and then the man helping me proceeded to explain a new item on the men’s as well as a sample! The girl checking us out was very humorous making it a comfortable environment! The food was amazing! They also gave us two big strawberry’s!!! 10/10!!Food: 5/5

This was my first time having cafe zupas the food was superb! I just started dieting and was able to find a variety of healthy options i got the curry bowl. Uh freaking amazing. It was a little pricier than I like to spend for food but well worth every penny.  The employees who were all possibly doing the work of at least 3 people did fantastic and had positive vibes while busting their butts. I don't often see that in food places. These folks enjoyed their jobs and cared about people. Love that! My boyfriend got kinda pissy that our food might be cold by the time we paid and asked for hot soup but even with that I didn't see any attitude from anyone. I've worked food before and I can honestly say I would've mumbled something under my breath or rolled my eyes. They were ALL so amazing keep up the great work they all deserve a raise....seriously.  Parking: There are numerous restaurants in this area all of which seem very popular it was also a Friday night. What more could one expect?

We have been going to this Zupas for years and have noticed a recent decline in service and food quality. This most recent visit, I asked the apathetic teenager to not put nuts in my salad. Fortunately, my allergy isn’t lethal, or this Zupas employee would have killed me. I didn’t eat the salad, found the roll to be dry and the strawberry to have a minuscule amount of chocolate on it. Also, there were several empty tables, but only a couple that were clean.

Abby was great with our order and made us aware of bonuses with the app without adding too much pressure. All the staff made it personal. The new manager was great too- he was up working alongside the other employees. Dinning area was clean.Food: 5/5

Stood waiting over 20 minutes in line to order there were only 3 people in line ahead of me because the staff would only focus on fulfilling DoorDash orders instead of the patrons in the shop. The employees did not greet anyone, offer an explanation, or even say they’d be with us- all while chatting casually with other people in line instead or their colleagues instead of taking + fulfilling orders. After you finally got the chance to order, there was a high chance they would get your order wrong and have to remake it. To order, get through the line, and pay took nearly 40 minutes in an almost fully empty shop. I guess if you want to eat at this location, order it on DoorDash, because you’ll get your food a lot faster than we did.

This was such a fun place!!!  Super cute, cozy, and very fun!  Will go back again.  Plus, gold foil fancy burger!Food: 5/5

Sad to say this was one of my family’s number one favorites, but no longer. The service is super slow and tonight they put other customer’s sandwiches in my order. I’m done with Zupas and I’ve been a customer for 14 years.Food: 3/5
