Honestly, the best customer service I’ve seen in a while The person who helped me with my return, his name was Kevin. He was a very kind young man. He made my return, super easy, and I honestly wanted to buy more stuff. Highly recommend going here!
I got a salad to go. It only had ONE type of lettuce in it! What genius thought up that recipe?! Most of it ended up in my garbage. Nice.
I went there searching for a good cologne. The woman was very helpful. I had three I liked, but couldn't decide. She was courteous enough to make me three sample sprays that I could wear to see for myself which one worked the best to my liking. I also discovered that if you open a Nordstrom card you get free tailoring up to $200 a year. I'm sold on this store!
My husband and I went in to buy a convertible car seat for our 1 year old son as he's now outgrown his mesa car seat. We were helped by Gabriella in the Kids dept and she was BEYOND knowledgeable and helpful in speaking to the features of the car seat options available. She even helped us test fit the seat in our car to make sure it would be comfortable for our son. I am so glad we purchased our new seat at Nordstrom w/ Gabriella as she gave us the assurances we needed to be confident in our purchase.

Went in for the first time today to look at Fragrances and everyone was super sweet and helpful. Usually I go to other stores in the mall for fragrances, but I will definitely go here instead next time bc the staff are amazing. Tysm!
DO NOT APPLY HERE DO NOT WORK HERE ALL LIES AND TRICKS TO HIRE. I was made all broken promises during my interview. I was told I would be able to have a flexible schedule. Management Karen said they believe in work, life balance and unfortunately I never recieved that treatment even with months of advance with a time off request I was denied REPEATEDLY. I was also promised upwards $30 an hr with commission during my interview.. there are no opportunities for that at this location that was a lie. I have had my character assassinated and my professionalism questioned. Over a visitor, there is no respect no loyalty to me as an adult/ employee to Nordstrom. A white woman was able to come into my job and say I didn’t do enough song and dance for her and I got a write for a blanket statement of unprofessional behavior with absolutely NO examples, NO coaching, NO evidence. Just a white women words against mine and done.After dealing with all of these broken promises and my reputation being attacked. I can no longer see myself employed with a company that is more for the comfort of management than the employees. HR ECC was completely useless and complacent with management decision. Changing rules and expectations weekly made me feel like I was working under an addict. Nothing is ever consistent and only made to please Karen and whatever frantic mood she is in that day. I have never in 12 years worked in such a toxic environment created by dep manager where everyone hates coming to work because of the inconsistency of management. She clearly does not have what it takes to keep a department staff happy. She looses employees weekly sometimes DAILY. I came dressed, beautiful hair and skin everyday. I had Trish Mcevoy numbers up 18% from last years sales and still being treated terrible. So unfortunately I will not be returning. I feel bad for the staff that has no choice but to endure that type of work environment because choices are limited but I’ve got options and I do not need to deal with this adolescent behavior from a confused white woman failing at her job, loosing employees, creating toxic work environment and making broken promises I’m getting off the train.
My experience at Nordstrom was mediocre. The staff seemed less attentive, and the store layout was confusing, making it challenging to find specific items. The overall shopping experience fell short of expectations, with room for improvement in both organization and customer service.
I have always admired Nordstrom's reputation for customer service and to date I have not had any experience that would make me doubt that well earned reputation. I only wish they had a better selection of mens clothing for those of us in the "over 35 category". I have been disappointed now for a good while every time I go looking for mens clothing for myself. I guess us baby boomers are just not the clientele they cater to any longer. Very disappointing.
