First off I’m looking at the reviews and there are several from the owner and employees that work there. 🙄 The food and & ice cream are good, the atmosphere is very family friendly and welcoming. The service however is all over the place. I’m a college student majoring in Culinary and have been working in foodservice since I was 16. I showed interest in a job here, put in my application went to the interview. Originally the owner told me she would pursue better options. I said okay and thanked her for the opportunity. Two days later she told me that she would like me to  come in for training. I agreed and said I’d be there at 10am. During my interview I told her I always show up early, so I get to Cafe Cream at 9:30 and wait for someone else to show up. No one does and by this time it’s 10:05. I text the owner and let her know that I am here by myself. I sit in my vehicle until 10:30 and then I decided to head home. Two hours later I receive very rude text messages from the owner. I have all the messages and will not be deleting them. Unfortunately these events have made me decide that I won’t be coming back and I won’t be bringing my family. I loved Cafe Cream and enjoyed being there, after I seen the true character of the owner I can not allow myself to spend money here.

I love Cafe Cream, I frequent almost every other week and have met the owner many times and she is always sweet and freindly. The food is affordable, always fast and delicious. I can't imagine someone not having a great experience here when all the staff and the owner goes above and beyond to serve great food and provide wonderful customer service.

Awesome lunch place. The wraps are great and the potato soup was good too. Nicely decorated inside, friendly staff and the ice cream was excellent. I got the banana cream pie ice cream- ahhhmazing. And great portion sizes for everything. Great value, great food, great service- you can't go wrong.

My favorite place to stop at when I'm driving through! The staff is always so friendly and quick so I can always rely on getting in and out when I'm in a rush. The chicken salad sandwich has always been my favorite but with the colder weather the potato soup has been a great pick :) even better was I recently saw they added an espresso machine so I can get my latte fix as well! Overall, highly recommend. You can tell it's an experienced family run business with their top priority being customer care. Plus, who wouldn't want to support local businesses

It's such a great place! Every time I walk in I place my order right at the counter and it's out in minutes. I love their Cincinnati wrap, it's the only place in town to get a fresh hummus and vegetable wrap! I love this small local business and only want to see it succeed.
