Most of the menu is pretty good. I highly recommend most of their drinks! But I cannot recommend the "espresso milkshake". I don't know if the girl didn't know what a milkshake is or it was a company recipe blunder, but it was more of a frappe. Who the heck puts ice in a milkshake and no ice cream?? I ordered it because I loooove milkshakes and this is for sure not one of those. The vanilla chai latte is incredible though.

We have a really high expectation w/ Cafe Elite since we've gone here for 2+ years for our coffee and have never had a bad experience until today! We went to get 2 mimosas, first of all the barista who served us didn't even ask us how we were doing or anything, and went ahead and asked what we wanted. A thing that we do is ask for surprise mimosas to see how above and beyond they'd go to make awesome drinks. When she came back, she had the nerve to say "The drinks I made you were ordinary because I'm not in the mood" like seriously ?!?! To not even put effort is one thing and to admit it made it even worse! I've never ever came across a poor customer service experience with cafe elite until today. We're just gonna stick to our regular stand on Steele St.
