My family and I enjoy the outdoor patio. The sour grape vines give it a feeling of being in nature. The food is delicious. The desserts are some of the best in town. My only issue with it is I am a vegetarian and they have brought a couple dishes with meat. They have corrected the issue quickly, but the menu never said these dishes had meat to begin with.

I feel their cafe burger is the best in town; their beef is high quality. They always have wonderful and unique salads and all their sandwiches are good. Beware their parking lot is tiny and gets full quick, but paid street parking spots are always available.

Interesting establishment with delicious food. We had the eggs, bacon and potatoes and everything was cooked to perfection. Very nice outdoor sitting atmosphere. Service needs work as you serve your own coffee and water. Silverware needed cleaning.

Dreadful, dreadful service. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes while the 3 staff behind the counter chatted, not one of them asked if I wanted or needed anything. After 10 minutes of being ignored at the counter I decided to just go sit at one of the several empty tables. It took another 15-20 minutes before the busser asked me if I wanted to order something. I told her I did and she went over to the counter, where I had been ignored by the 3 waitstaff, and said something to one of the servers. 5 minutes later the server came over with a menu and placed it on the table without a word, not even a smile. 10 minutes later the server came Back and asked if I was ready to order. I looked up at him and said "no thanks, I've changed my mind." I had spent most of the day walking the Turquoise Trail around Downtown Tucson (very highly recommend this trail, fascinating history and lots of cool art to see), so I was exhausted so I sort of enjoyed the almost an hour of rest...but I would've been really pissed if I was hungry!

The place was extremely busy and hectic when we got there. The hostess explained to us they were down a cook so there might be a delay. We were seated shortly after and were able to order drinks. The hostess came up to us and asked if we wouldn't mind moving tables so they could seat a bigger group. Which was honestly not too inconvenient given how busy they were, we were happy to comply. We got our food once we got seated at the new table. And let me tell you, some of the best food I have had in Tucson. I ordered the Chinese five spiced chicken; it was cooked to perfection and the sauce was very delicious! My boyfriend ordered the roasted vegetable gnocchi which was so creamy and tasty, I wanted to eat his too. We finished our meal with a chocolate bomb which sounds as amazing as it was. Overall, the services started a bit rocky but they explained their situation and were apologetic that it didn't take away from our meal, plus the staff were so personable and funny we felt very welcome there. The food was beyond excellent. We will definitely be returning!
