I love this place and the original owner, but staff/manager was way too rude to handle customers. Entered at 7:37 pm but didn’t want to take our order. Treated us like a group of trespassers, not customers.

The red velvet latte is out of this world! And they are open on Christmas

Get the Ice! Cheesecake ice is so awesome. Melon also very good.  A bit pricey $8 for a latte with extra shot.

It’s not the bingsoo I remember and $16?? Crazy.. Not worthy it. They call your order when it’s ready and yes there’s a chance you can’t hear it when it’s crowded.

The earl grey shave ice taser just like bubble tea, they will give you bubbles to put on the top. Also, the cheese cake shave ice has real cheese cake inside.
