This place has changed a lot  (for the worse).  Their microphones are terrible now.  Keeps cutting in and out.  Even upon switching them out for two new other microphones, it continued doing the same thing.  Not only that, but the sound system also sucks pretty badly now, too.  Overall, it has gotten pretty bad there.  Will not waste my time ever going back there again.

The search option on the touch screen. was very hard to navigate. It was easiest to use the book, but that limited us to English language songs. Also, they didn't tell us how long we had been there until it was 3 hours and it appears they only serve beer and wine.

On the other hand, we were a diverse group and this place allows singing for all ages with the caveat that if someone is under 21 then there can be no alcohol in the room, which makes it family friendly! Also there were more than enough song options for everyone and we had a great time. I would definitely go back again.

The employees there are awful.  Especially the old cashier.  We tried to split the overall bill 4 ways.  I kept explaining that to the old lady behind the cash register.  She played stupid and pretended she didn't hear or understand me.  Ended up charging the whole bill onto my card.  Then afterwards, I asked her why she did that, when I asked her 5 times to charge it onto 4 different cards.  Her reply was "it's Ok.  Just have the other 3 ppl venmo or paypal you back."  She smiled and didn't even apologize.  Was very casual about it.  Very lousy of her.  Lazy and incompetent employees there.  Plus the microphones and sound system is horrible there, too.
