Open late.  Has very yummy shaved ice. There's also other foods you can order too. Very juice atmosphere. Good for studying too.

The cafe has plenty of studying students and people gathering with friends, young and old. We ordered their shaved milk ice dessert. It was large and satisfying but not of greatest quality. Fruit was not too fresh. We asked for Michu but gave us only few. I would go back and order but nothing to be too impressed if you’ve had quality shaved milk iced desserts before.

The korean shaved ice is good, portion for the price is good, i prefer the fruit and matcha red bean shaved ice. Its better to share it with friends since its big. There was one time that i went there where the cash register lady was really rude to us about the way we ordered. But other than that i go there for shaved ice only.

I've been to this place many times for past few years and I usually didn't have problem with staff. But today I was super mad with one girl worked during 8-9pm. 
Me and my bf went down to Federal Way for coffee and dessert. We saw people inside but wasn't busy like you can't handle. My bf went in line to order green tea shaved ice and I was sitting at the table waiting. Soon I notice something was going on between my bf and the girl (staff), and saw her gestures which were very rude. I could tell from far away that she definitely was giving inappropriate attitude.
Boyfriend came back to the table and explained that the girl said "she can't serve shaved ice because they don't have "plates". She emphasized several times for the word "plates" (which I could see from the table). And she told to him if you want to order you'll have to wait but can't tell how long.

To owner/manager,
Please train this staff not to give attitude for any reason. We were there maybe 10 minutes or so today  (7/22) around 8PM. She could've nicely explained that because many people ordered shaved ice they ran out of plates to serve. It's weekend and bit hot weather so I'd understand the situation without she telling us about "plates". But she was very rude and inappropriate to give her attitude like that.

In future, I might have to think twice coming back to this place. And FYI, Federal Way is pretty small city so really have to consider training staff before words spread out.

Extra large shaved flavored milk (as oppose to shaved ice) make a tasty desert.  Enough to share among 3 to 4 people.  A favorite among younger crowd.
