A miserable overall experience.  My wife and son left crying.  I'll start like that.  We ordered a fairly expensive cake for my son's 4th birthday.  On the counter is a book of images you can have printed on some edible material so we ordered one related to my son's party theme.  On the morning of his birthday my wife and son go to pick up the cake and the image was void of one color completely.  It just wasn't right, what was promised, or what was paid for.  When my wife questioned it, that's when things went from bad to worse.  It was her fault that his printer wasn't working, she shouldn't have expected the image to contain that color, how could he have known the "printer had been sitting for two weeks" and was missing the color.  ANYWAY, after not getting any respect as the CUSTOMER my wife and son were essentially kicked out in tears with no cake on his birthday.  He did agree to refund the amount paid but to make it even worse, if that's possible, the amount credited back to my card was less than what I was charged.  Honestly, not worth the aggrevation to get it corrected and have to guess how Nuccs would react.  Ughh, so in summary, avoid this place at all costs.   On a side note, we got an emergency cake from a place in Hartsdale that couldn't have been better and more accommodating. I'll be writing the exact opposite review of that place.

Ordered chocolate cake with cannoli cream filling, one would assume that a "professional " baker would do the right thing by using his brain knowing the cannoli cream is sweet and ONLY PUT 1 LAYER ( cutting the cake in 1/2 , 2 layers & NOT 3 layers) cannoli was soooo overwhelmingly sweet!  Wouldn't buy a cake from them again
