Went for breakfast post hurricane Irma. Not many other places open so it was extremely busy and of course it took longer than normal for everything. Waitresses seemed overwhelmed but understandable. Food was good. Will try another time and compare

There should be an option for no stars.Called to ask specials and the rude lady that answered phone did not have time to go over specials. I understand that they may be busy due to hurricane aftermath but you do not get new business with that kind of rude service. My office in Longwood will never order from there.

This is the worst service I have ever received, no one greeted or sat us when we walked in. It took 45 mins for anyone to even ask what we wanted to drink. The third server we spoke to finally took our food order.. Once we got our drinks the cups were dirty and had stuff floating in it. We waited over an hour and a half and never received our food. Not even a word spoken to us on the progress of the food. Mean while people who arrived after us, were getting mediocre service.. actually getting refills and updates on how long their food would take. Then a server took the set ups off our table to give them to another table. We decided to leave and won't be returing to such an unprofessional astablishment.

Service was slow although the restaurant was pretty empty, waitress forgot to bring our drinks until after we ordered for our food, the soda was flat, fries were cold, food was okay but nothing great. Not a good experience at all and won't be back.
