First visit. Line was slow moving but the food is worth the wait. I had the mild spicy chicken enchiladas and I was able to share it with my 4yr. old who doesn't eat spicy anything. Chipotle style ordering but waaaay better tasting, portions and pricing. We'll definitely be back to support our community businesses.

I love the drink bar. My favorite beverage is the southwest limeade. It has a unique flavor for those who are tired of the same old fountain drinks. They also have a variety of the Italian syrups to add a kick to your drink. I've never been disappointed by the food here. I generally favor the tacos, but the salad is also nice, and big enough for my wife and I to share. I recommend the Chile beef, its like the barbacoa beef at Chipotle. My kids are always excited to get the free niño quesadillas. My oldest is 7 and too old for the free ones, but he didn't like the kids meat quesadilla because it had too much beef. They really did stuff it with meat, but there wasn't much cheese. He was upset he didn't get the small one until his sister agreed to trade. Overall, we really like Cafe Rio for a casual lunch or takeout dinner.

Cafe Rio is great! The food is always fresh, service is good. The specials like Enchiladas and Taco Tuesdays are great. I go here often and highly recommend.
