It was my first time walking into this place with my coworkers. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the avocado toast and ice cream late. Definitely would come here again. It’s a good spot to sit down and relax. The place is really clean and open.Food: 5/5
Great food, drinks, coffee, and staff! Very helpful and spunky staff. Weekend Cafe is popular and tight, but their kitchen is very skilled and fast. Meter parking on street and 2-hour parking in a lot behind Blanchard's but do not park in the Blanchard's side Excellent brunch in Allston.
A refreshing riff on diner classics. The pancakes were fluffy and light. They could have used a touch more Nutella though. The croffle croissant waffle was a fun spin on two old time favorites. The bacon and cheddar topping was a tasty savory balance against the sweeter items on the menu.Food: 4/5

Super friendly service, inviting atmosphere, and amazing food! The taro latte was a warm, sweet but not too sweet! hug in a mug. The pancakes were so fluffy and soft! The towoomba panini, however, was the star of the show! It was so fresh, unusual, and absolutely delicious! All in all, I can't recommend Cafe Weekend highly enough!

The BEST breakfast/brunch food in Boston! I loved how balanced the dishes were and well portioned not too little or too much. Prices are very fair. My favorite has to be the smoked salmon sandwich and blueberry croffle. Super delicious!! The pancakes and western omelette were also great. I didn’t enjoy the caramel croffle because it was too sweet. Could’ve been better if it was topped with Biscoff instead of caramel. The Boston cheese steak omelette was a miss because the beef was mixed with tomato sauce/had a sweet taste, which was odd with the omelette. The home fries were slightly on the burnt side. Regardless, everything else I tried was amazing. Beware: if you go during peak lunch hours, they are very understaffed and it will take a while to place your order. In terms of drinks, the einspanner coffee was to die for. This is going to be my new go-to place for breakfast!!
Small nice place. Service is great. I wish they would notify us or it would be mark in the menu that shakshuka is VERY spicy. Unfortunately I couldn't even feel the taste of pancakes after that.Food: 3/5
Really enjoyed the Toowoomba Panini—so unique and flavorful and the shrimp was so tender. The Boston Cheese Steak Omelette was also very delicious, as the bulgogi was really nice and the sauces really complemented the beef. Great portion sizes and clean environment.Food: 5/5
