Delicious. Clean. Sanitary. Fresh. The staff is always super friendly and expedient. I have tried most of the soups and sandwiches, a handful of the salads, ALL delicious. My ONLY complaint is that given how delicious and fresh everything else is, the "sourdough" roll that comes with a "you try two" is weak AF. I don't actually believe it is sourdough, doesn't look or taste like sourdough, it is always cold, and seems to be only thing they don't actually make or prepare in house. It doesn't taste bad by any means, it is never stale, just simply cold and in my professional bread tasting opinion, a cop-out. It's like they stopped trying. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

Fresh and healthy food options. The service is phenomenal. The staff is very welcoming and courteous. You get a lot of food for a great price. Delicious sandwiches, soups, and salads. Their homemade drinks are also great and healthy, and cheaper than buying sugary fountain drinks. My first time at this location and I love it. Restaurant and bathroom are very clean. Parking is ample. Restaurant is close to Wood field Mall and many other shopping options.

Café Zupas has made a fan out of me. Their food, desserts and drink bar are all fantastic, but what I appreciate the most is the service. I've returned to this restaurant several times and have never failed to be greeted with a friendly smiling face. During my most recent visit, I was treated very warmly by Valencia, who handled my inquiries and indecision with first-class grace and patience. This restaurant has an all-star staff and all-star menu that makes for a wonderful lunch experience.

This place is super well lit, it's maybe even a little too bright in there for people with sensitive eyes. 
But the soup and sandwich combo is awesome.
I got the Calm chowder with the Honey Turkey Bacon sandwich and the other combo is the Pesto Chicken with the Pumpkin chorizo soup which is a seasonal soup and it was delicious. 

They also give chocolate strawberries out for dessert! This place is way better than Panera or other soup places I've tried but go ahead and see for yourself!
