I love this place as it has such a big variety of options to choose. I often go there with my co-workers and we each can choose what we want. I love the kale and quinoa salad. All the ingredients are fresh and yummy. And they are very fast during the noon hour

I went to Zupas today to grab some lunch and my order wasn't exactly correct, since my fiancé is in the hospital at St. Luke's I may have been a little more picky than normal, however I called and talked to the manager Summer and she was sweet, professional, and polite. I was able to go back in minutes and get the salad that originally expected. The food is always great and in this experience I can say the customer service was stellar! We will continue to come back time and time again. Thank you Summer!

Good afternoon. 

I stopped in to Zupas on Broadway in Boise Idaho today. It’s been a while since I’ve been in so I was bummed to see the prices have gone up but that didn’t detour me as I was wanting some good food so I went ahead and ordered. I was watching the guys salad in front of me being made. As I saw how many beans, onions etc was being put on there I thought to myself, “Wow…they don’t wanna give you much except for lettuce.” The gentleman even asked for extra chicken and they said it would cost extra…which I understand…then he asked for more beans in which she said it would cost extra…the price should include MORE than one tiny scoop of anything in a salad. But I still continued to order as I was craving the Chipotle Salad and some Chicken Chili Enchilada soup.  I got the order to go, came back to work to sit down and eat this delicious meal. After eating my soup….which is my absolute favorite…I was very disappointed. It only had three pieces of Chicken and four beans…all I really noticed in it were the tortilla strips and liquid. I haven’t even started my salad yet as I’m that bummed.  I’m sorry to say that I probably won’t be coming back. Being in a family owned and operated business for over 30 years I know how things work. You guys have GREAT customer service, but I believe you are losing the focus on your meals while raising prices. I wish the best for your stores.

I eat here often, however today was not very happy.  A couple mistakes were made while I was there and were corrected so that was not a real problem.  When I got back to the office, I had a different soup than I ordered (or they forgot to put the quinoa in it)...very watery soup.  I have had the new beets and berries salad before and like it, so ordered again.  Only 3 beets. Before I had both red and golden beets.

I know you have a system which I assume works for you, however it makes the customer repeatedly have to tell what we ordered all the way down the line, which can be both confusing to the customer and the wait staff it seems.

First time. I have seen this place countless times but never took the opportunity to eat here. The staff behind the counter was friendly and willing to offer suggestions. The food was awesome. I tried a bite of the ultimate grilled cheese panini and it was delicious. I could of had 2 or 3 of those sandwiches. I also tried a small bowl of the tomato basil soup with orzo. This was the best tomato based soup I've had since i can remember. The California Cobb salad wad excellent. I had the herb vinaigrette dressing on the salad. It was just right. Not too acidic and not too sweet. It was not overpowering either. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes soup, sandwiches,  salads and bread.
