Very nice coffee shop in downtown Wellesley. Relaxing atmosphere, love the gas fireplace! Male server was not rude but also wasn’t friendly. He was all business, even though it wasn’t busy.Service: 3/5
An incredibly gorgeous and delicious Cafe. Best cappuccino I've ever had. Croissant was hand made and fresh baked. It's so incredibly quaint here, feels like home, if home were a quiet European village.
One of the most cozy classic New England coffee shops! My fiance and I had our first date here and are now coming every sunday to plan our wedding!Food: 5/5
Cozy European feel cafe with a fire place next to wellesley hills train station. Their caprese sandwich and refreshers are my favorite. Service can be hit or miss. Limited seatings. Parking is very very scarce, and going in and out is a nightmare.Food: 4/5
Tomato soup great! Tried to pay with $20 bill and told they couldn’t make change!! Really? Place was packed! Also asked for butter for baguette - told “we don’t have any”. First time, won’t go back.Food: 4/5
Cute little coffee shop with character decor and delicious baked treats and coffee. My kids love the banana bread, my favorite is the pistachio muffin. Often come here b/c my kids have gymnastics across the street. Kid-friendliness: Kids love the baked goods. Other than that, it's just a coffee shop ;
Great location but horrible parking. The "parking" causes traffic and should even exit because people cannot park correctly and end up blocking the exit because they don't park forward enough causing people to reverse out into heavy traffic to leave. Please try to find street side parallel parking. The coffee is actually good, the new frappes specifically the chocolate hazelnut was delicious. Cold brew is decent but had a bitterness akeen to what you would get from finely grinding coffee and not for cold brew. Maybe it was the beens though? Had coffee and lattes in the past which have been good. Ask them if they don't have enough sugar packets and they refill it. The seating is beautiful and unique for each set. Usually crowded as it's next to a train station and what I assume is the only coffee shop in the area. The wifi is decent usually. The tables will be take up by college students so grab one when you can! The food can be heated once you buy it from them. Please don't take the ceramics and glass items home! Those are for serving and not for keeping! The mascarpone chocolate jar was okay. It was light fluffy but the chocolate reminded me of Hershey syrup as a kid from both tatse and texture. Whatever was on top to give a bit of bite became soggy and sad so no graham cracker texture despite looking like it. Don't know if the item had alcohol but usually dishes with mascarpone have it like you would see with tiramisu. You can ask if they have alcohol but the staff will most likely not know since it's waste reduced packaging aka ceramics. A whole list of ingredients won't be put on a card, as a rough output is easier to read and understand and is usually useless for regular consumers as it doesn't matter to them. Vegetarian options: Coffee is vegetarian! There are some options for vegetarians IF you can eat eggs. Otherwise I didn't see too much other than some small pastries that one could buy such as cookies, croissant, muffin. No sandwiches from my knowledge looked vegetarian. Lots had thinly sliced meat and the one option I though was vegetarian had bacon in it despite the card not saying it has bacon in it!? If your worried about gelatin in food I would simply avoid the item as it's hard to find out and not worth the hassle. Parking: Parking is horrible please for your own sake and others try finding street side parking and it will result in far less hassle, rear end bumper scratches and hits as well as no hassle of being boxed in by two large cars that decide to park in the extremely narrow "parking" Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible entrance but it's not the best. Inside it's friendly enough but need to be a bit safe around furniture.
Decent cafe serving its own brands of coffee, tea and snacks. It's in an old converted T station and cozy but gets packed especially with local college kids. Good coffee at relatively reasonable prices. Parking lot is next door with meter parking during the day. There are 2 single bathrooms on the right side.
1 girl working the counter on a Saturday morning. Waited 25 minutes for my delivery to be made. Unacceptable. Schedule more employees or turn off deliveriesService: 1/5
Both drinks macchiato and strawberry dragon fruit refresher were excellent. The coffee was strong, the way we like it. The refresher was sweet but not too sweet and refreshing. This location is a converted train station which gives it a rich historic feel. There are large comfortable chairs to sit or lounge in.
