I had high expectations of this place but was kinda' disappointed. I ordered a lamb burger and an iced latte. The lamb burger patty was very undercooked, looking raw in the middle. The bill came to $25 (including a modest tip) which seemed expensive to me. They forgot to bring me my latte (and it was smaller than I expected) so I had to find some help to ask about it. 

On the plus side the building was really cool looking and had a nice vibe inside. For sure I'll try this place again in the future and hope my negative experience was an anomaly.

Killing some time this morning in the mall and thought I'd try this cafe. The 2 girls working seemed bothered to have to stop their conversation and work. Pastry display case has very little selection and it all looks dried up and there's flies in the case. The mocha has hardly any flavor. Definitely won't ever be back to cafe dolce.

Best lunch spot!! 
With a large selection of toasted sandwiches  and pastries, Caffè Dolce has a perfect central location in Southgate Mall. Round it out with a scoop or two of fresh gelato and your day is sure to get better.

Great food. Rude male workers. The guy that rang us up acted like he didn't want to be there, which I get, it was busy, but his expression towards us was like we shouldn't be there either. Then he was all smiles towards the group of girls behind me and my girlfriend. When the two girls behind us got their food first I went up to make sure they hadn't given them our food. The other guy making my sandwich said "I still need to finish your order if that's a possibility." I realize I shouldn't have assumed they got the orders mixed up but there is no need for a worker in that position to be so rude. I work in retail and that would never fly if I acted like that toward a paying customer. I will not be ordering from there if the guy with glasses, a mustache, and several tattoos is behind the counter.

I have no complaints about anything they serve and the service is always great, but prices are higher than most places in Missoula. I think they have the best coffee in town.
