We had breakfast and lunch here and Loved it. Inexpensive but great good. The homemade chips are a great addition to your meal. Go hungry because you definitely get more than your monies worth.

The servers are very friendly and the service is good. The food is good, basic fair. I recommend the spinach and feta omelette. Stay away from the pancakes unless you like styrofoam cardboard. There is no excuse for these with so many good pancake recipes out there these days. On the other hand, the biscuits are devine. I would return as it's one of the better options in Wilkesboro for breakfast.

Stopped for dinner.  Had broiled grouper dinner, was served a most generous portion.  Was only delicately seasoned so it tasted great. Atmosphere is a rustic farm style.  Comfortable booths plus lots of tables to handle larger parties.  Very good service, too.

Reasonable prices, good service, excellent food.  Our party of four all had seafood, and all the different orders were prepared beautifully.  Highly recommended

Food was delicious! Karen was a great server! Very nice and did an awesome job! We are so glad we came here. We had gone to Coffee House first today, and we were completely ignored. Definitely will be back to Cagney's!!!
