In all honesty, this restaurant is extremely unprofessional and very disorganized. I called this restaurant last week and made a reservation for my birthday dinner. The girl who answered informed me that the restaurant would and could accommodate my party. This restaurant waited three days before my dinner reservation to cancel on me ... Right after I Invited friends and family. The male who called me seemed very nonchalant and said there was nothing he can do.. I informed him that this was very inconvenient and that I had no other options being that this was last minute. He didn't care. He kept saying that he called me previously to inform me but I did not receive a call or message from this restaurant. If you are looking for a restaurant to spend your money go elsewhere to a place that actually cares about customer service as opposed to a restaurant that double books and than cancels on you last minute. I will never come here ever again, the reaction and response from this so called manager was very unprofessional and distasteful.

I've been coming to Cagney's since I was a kid. I loved the old Cagney's, and love the new Cagney's even more. The menu is versatile and has something for everyone. The staff is friendly and professional, and very helpful/knowledgeable with the extensive wine list. The renovations give the restaurant a very stylish and modern atmosphere. Overall, 10/10.

Great service. Beautiful place. But the food Wasn't worth what we paid. Although I will say that the Saganaki Flambe was excellent.

I came here with a friend recently, as he recommended it and I have to say they have won me over as a customer. My friend recommended me to try the Ribeye and I have to say it was one of the best steaks I've ever had the pleasure to enjoy in the GTA. The service was great, Laurena was very courteous and professional with her knowledge on all selections for drinks and menu. Definitely will recommend this to anyone as both food and service were absolutely amazing.

Loved it; the restaurant is beautifully designed: posh and trendy.

The food is delicious! Similar pricing to the keg so it's moderate+ depending what you order. 

We had a bottle of wine - white, butternut $60 which has a really great flavor. Its not really sweet but has depth. And smells great!

The Flatbread was divine! And big enough to split with 2 people. Calamari was good - big pieces and it wasn't rubbery.

For the first time ever i only took photos of only the dessert - peanut butter cheesecake, which isn't on the menu but the waitress will tell you they have it. We scraped the plate!

All in all 5/5, we'll definitely come back!
Oh and the waitresses aren't (for a lack of a better term) annoying. I don't remember who we had, but she was attentive without being over the top. A huge plus!
