Terrible cake customer service is also terrible got charged 120 for a cake that wasn’t even mixed properly I could feel huge clumps of unmixed sugar in the cake Would not recommend buying here.
I ordered my daughters baptism cake here.Would not recommend doing business with this bakery. The customer service is terrible.The price discussed when ordering the cake was changed when it was time to pick up and pay for the cake. The owner told us “I could charge you a $1,000 for my cakes if I wanted to”. Let me tell you, the cake was average at best. Thumbs down.
Their cake are delicious, the decoration are amazing But only complain i have is that the owner is so nasty. She doesn't know how to give a good customer Service. As they say, customer service starts with a smile. When you are in a face-to-face situation, a warm greeting should be the first thing a customers see and hear when they ask for help. This lady is just plain nasty the few times Iv'e gone. Luckly their cakes are good. But if i Find anything similar i wont be coming back. My Money is good any where.
Not only was Ladisla Owner an exceptional participant at our Career Day event @ IS230 but she fell in love with class 702 mostly because of their intrigue with her story and how motivating she was, the class was hooked. Her patience as they asked tons of questions was unmatched. A week later she made them a very special surprise visit with cupcakes for the entire class. Now that's what we call careers in the making. Thanks tons Ms Perez
Owner is extremely rude not worth it here for an OK dominican cake. Sweet occasions on Northern Blvd is a way better experience :
Worst place to get a cake unhelpful staff and rude disrespectful. Cake was ok not the best, also they can't really dude any cake you want because they won't even do a simple cake for my son with farm animals
