We ordered a cake in advance covered with white color, and the cake they brought to me during pick up was baby pink in color. They tried to show me photo of the cake that we ordered with reduced brightness on their phone claiming that we ordered pink color one. So I showed them the picture I have on my phone which was actual white color.

Since there was no time I had to go with the cake they provided. They reduced the cake price though. But it’s not about money. We need what we ordered. Also, they made me wait around 30 mins just to write the birthday message on cake. Not sure if this was intentional. Providing good taste doesn’t matter when we don’t receive the specified things. I hope they consider this review and make sure they provide accurate service to customers.

Thank you Cake Wala for a wonderful and delicious baby shower cake! I provided them with a picture of what I wanted and what I received was identical. I was so impressed! The bottom cake was strawberry and in it there were small pieces of strawberry.... Delicious!!!  The guest loved it so much that the cake was gone just after 20 minutes of cutting it. It was fresh, moist, and the sweetness was just right. I will definitely be back!!!!

Customer service is an alien concept here. Not even a greeting as you enter.  We tried 3 different occasions but no change. Cakes have too much cream.

Thank you Nahas at cake wala for a wondorful sweet 16 cake.it was delicious and as I  wanted with 4 tiers. beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and topper.  every one loved it. Thank you Nahas at cake wala.

This bakery was constantly busy while I was there. The display case has a wonderful presentation. The overall atmosphere of the business is wonderful. Since the line was long there was plenty of time to think about what you wanted to order so by the time you got to the cashier you were ready to order. The cashier we had was super friendly and even told us of some of her favorites- which added a personal touch to our experience. We came here for the pistachio cake and double choco delight and it was our favorite dessert from the ones we ordered and also their burgers were amazing I'm addicted to the mutton curry burger.I find myself trying to get a different burger, but it's literally the best one. It's why i always come back.Definitely one of the best burger spots in Baltimore and all of the desserts are beautifully presented. Next time I'll have to try the Tres Leche and Oreo Mousse
