I have been using this bakery for all of my events since they opened. Cakes by Carlos always exceeds my expectations. Besides the unique cakes, try their delicious pastries and cookies.  A very well deserving 5 star rating bakery!

Kind and Friendly service. Amazing cakes and cake bombs. Cookies are a favorite drop in treat for my kids after school!

Owner is extremely rude, uncooperative and insulting.  I attempted to place an order and requested some alterations to the cake I wanted and owner refused to do cake.  Poor business ethics.  Below is the email I received.   I was simply trying to get one in my price range and that was not respected.  I was unable to afford $150 8 inch road cake with decorations.  I was not adding anything to my original request, I was trying to take things off to make is cheaper.  I would not recommend this place to anyone.

First off all you have asked me for the price for the cake, so I provided it for you. Then, you asked with a revised decoration and I replied meanwhile twice. Then, you try to negotiate the price with me over the e-mail without calling me directly. You still added additional items that you didn't wanted in the first place and you asking me " Is this o.k. ?" Prices I provide are the same for all the customers. I do not treat one person better than the other. In my opinion, you are disrespecting me at this moment, offending my work and our business. I'm sorry, but unfortunately I'm not able to do so.

Nice little local bakery. I go throughout the year and always get the Chocolate Bombs. I've never had anything like them anywhere else! The same lady always helps me out. She actually recognizes me when I come in. Great little place. Great service and amazing chocolate bombs!!! Definitely worth checking out

Phenomenal service, and fresh, delicious and creative cakes.  Thank you Agnes and Carlos for your wonderful cakes.  We have ordered several cakes from their bakery and will continue to do so.
