I ordered a sugar-free birthday cake for my husband, chocolate on chocolate, with instructions to decorate it for a man. The day to pick up the cake, I called to make sure the cake was done. I said to the associate, "it is sugar-free?" They had a sugar frosting on the cake. I said "no" it's suppose to be sugar-free. And then, I was told they couldn't do a chocolate frosting only white, after I ordered chocolate days before. When I picked up the cake, it was totally white with no color, no decoration whatsoever. There was no taste to the frosting and you barely could taste the cake itself. Very disappointed. Never will visit this store again.

Cakes by Stephanie is a wonderful bakery. They made us a stunning 4 tier wedding cake, each tier a different amazing flavor. They allowed us to do 2 different tastings to decide on which cake flavors we wanted and provided us with cupcakes for the custom flavor combinations we asked for. The staff was very helpful and easy to work with. They even double checked the flower placement on the cake with me on the day of! Cakes by Stephanie made getting a cake for our wedding a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a cake for any event!

The cake was good, though they did mess up our order for one of the sheet cakes and did not apologize for the mistake--essentially just blamed us. In my experience the staff is unfriendly. The only time I felt I got good service was when I had my initial appointment with them and they wanted me to buy my wedding cake from them.

They did a wonderful job on our wedding cake this past Friday. The cake looked exactly like the photo I picked out for them, and all of the flavors were delicious. It was delivered on time, no complaints! Our guests loved it.

Had an amazing experience the first time ordering- had a custom 3-tier birthday cake made up for our daughters 1'st birthday- seriously the most amazing cake we have ever seen/tasted. We had such a good experience we referred family, and planned to order something else-both times met with disappointment that a special order could not be accommodated for varying reasons. We hope to give our business to Stephanie's in the future.. but it does seem like a challenge.
