I would give 10 stars if I could! Tania is great to work with and her cakes are beautiful and delicious! For us she has made a wedding cake, groom's cake and two birthday cakes.  Each one was perfect. She is a true artist, makes yummy cakes, and the best homemade fondant ever! My daughter and her husband shared the top layer of their wedding cake, which had been frozen a year, and even it was moist and delicious.

She is so kind and thorough and dependable. I dropped the ball in all the wedding planning and didn't tell her what I wanted the cake to look like or anything until the week before and she NAILED it. I just sent her a picture of my dress, vaguely described what I would like it to look like, and like magic it was there at the reception in all its glory. And obviously it was delicious. I never even got to meet her to thank her in person.

Tania made the cake for my son's wedding rehearsal and wedding and did a wonderful job ! when we meet with her she took the time to really listen and understand what we wanted and I must say  my son did not make it easy for her because he wanted the famous play from Chris Davis in the Auburn and Alabama 2013 play and she pulled it off and did a outstanding job!! When Tania showed up with the cake and saw that my helpers did not show up she did not waste anytime  to jump in  and begin  to help me set up for the rehearsal and I must say if it was not for her and her daughter I would not have been ready. Thank you so much Tania!! I am forever grateful to you!!

My cake was beautiful for my wedding. She made an unique cane by a photo. I requested a log truck groome's cake with logs and it came out beautiful.
