Worst place EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer service here is the lowest of the low. I recently visited this business because I needed blood work done for an upcoming surgery. I get there for my appointment and they ask me if the nurse had contacted me because she called in and they would not be able to help me. First of all no one called me to advise me of the problem nonetheless making a blank trip for nothing. They ask me to sit in the waiting room they will see if one of the other nurses would see me. Finally hear my name called so I walked to the back to get the work done the nurse begins to explain to me that the nurse is not there and that I'd have to come back another day. I told her that I need to get the work done today because of an upcoming surgery requires these test be done and completed/submitted. She looks at me and tells me NONE of them are able to perform the blood work it has to be the "doc in charge". First of all I know people get sick things happen whatever the case but I also know that the doctor on call or another doctor that was there could've have perform the work. So you mean to tell me you are a nurse and you aren't allowed to do anything but look at a computer and pretend you know what you are doing. All of this bs caused my surgery to be canceled and rescheduled. Thanks Lake Charles Health Unit for pushing me even further away from living a normal and happy life. My brain tumor thanks you too. :::))))

Never answer the phone nobody want to do there job please find workers who want to work..

As a realtor, You have to go to the health unit for sewer inspections for your homes. The hours are the tricky part- 8-10 am and afternoon. Check website. Once you are there and they are open, it is a wonderful experience. They talk calmly to you and are every understanding. Reggie Babineaux is who I dealt with and it could not have gone smoother. I listened as another lady was helping a guy opening a sports bar and again she was quiet and congenial.
